I could not resist posting this. When we first saw this commercial, Dave and I were in tears we were laughing so hard. I cannot believe they did this, and I can’t believe this woman did this with a straight face!!
Disney Eggs…Just what we were missing!

Today I had the TV in my bedroom on for some reason, and a commercial came on that made me almost fall over…
Disney now has their own eggs. They are stamped with a different character on each egg….if you get the egg mold…you can make your eggs into a Mickey shape! BONUS!
I was just thinking the other day what this world was missing…and then I saw this commercial…the world is now a much better place now that Disney has eggs!

This Howie Do It…

It’s no secret, Dave and I have a strange sense of humor. But last night, we were watching Howie Do It, a practical joke show which Howie Mandel hosts. We love this show. They always have actors and a “mark” or person they are playing the joke on. For some reason…this one made Dave and I laugh so hard, I couldn’t breathe and Dave was crying! I hope you find it as funny as we did…the “mark” is the tall guy and he is trying out for a new kids program as a character called Stinky Pig. The best part is when he is breaking the news to the little girl…oh my word…hilarious!
Enjoy!
It’s never dull around here….

Our family usually has something always going on…we’re never bored! Every once in a while, though, it gets a little strange. Like today, when Austin started screaming “OH MY GOSH, OH MY GOSH!” I didn’t really think much of it…till he told me what all the fuss was about….here it is.

Makenzieism’s….

in Children, Funnies for the day
So today, Makenzie asked me about boobs. A subject I was sure I would have to deal with one day, but not at 5. But then again, she is quite the question asker. I advised her why God made these, and you could just see the confusion in her face…”Milk, in those!” She giggled a little before asking other questions like if I fed her and her brother on my rack….and that conversation went on for a while, before she finally asked if she could meet her birth mother for a minute to ask her if she fed her. OH MY! I’ll have to make sure I put that in my next letter to her birth mother…I can see it now..”Dear C – did you let Makenzie drink your milk?” Yeah, that would go over real well….
Then later, while at the mall where we used to live, I proceeded to tell Austin about how I got yelled at by some old timer because I had him out at the mall at 2 weeks old. I told him how I had him in a front holder thingy (don’t know what those things are called) and that his head was all the way down in it resting on my belly, and that all you could see was his skinny legs hanging down…Makenzie pondered this for all of about 2 seconds before yelling out “His legs were sticking out of your body?” The mental picture that must have been going through her head…
She just makes me laugh so hard.
